Our upper camp campers investigate nature and science-based themes through hands-on, age-appropriate curriculum including live animal encounters, team building games and activities, nature hikes, experimentation, and crafting.
Please note that Otters (Campers Aged 7 to 8) and Coyotes (Campers Aged 9 to 11) are full-day camps.
The Otters (Campers Aged 7 to 8) and Coyotes (Campers Aged 9 to 11) groups will have the opportunity to canoe on Jacobs Pond once per session.

Trips and program leaders are carefully selected to ensure camper safety. This program is perfect for the teen seeking a different and exciting camp experience. The ArtsCamp Leaders in Training (LIT) program teaches participants leadership skills pertaining to various aspects of the Arts and the camp community. Activities include assisting ArtsCamp groups and facilitating large group activities under the direction of senior camp staff. Emphasis on team building exercises and includes both classroom-style and experimental learning. LIT’s will learn the skills necessary to become role models at camp, at school and in their community. Please note: experience at ArtsCamp is not required but preferred.

Competitive games will be played putting what is taught into practice. Instruction will take place at the Quincy YMCA basketball courts.
Campers will swim twice during the week.
