Description

This boot camp style class will have you burning calories for hours after you're finished. Cardio drills mixed with high repetitions strength training moves will tone your muscles and increase heart rate for maximum calorie burn. All you need are your own weights (dumbbells) or strength bands. Optional: mat and towel. You'll be emailed the link to the class once you register. Questions?
