We require 30 days written notice for cancellations for any reason other than medical or with Director of Gymnastics approval.
Make up Policy: The YMCA Gymnastics Training Center may cancel a class due to unforeseen events, i.e. safety concern, weather, building closures, etc. The YMCA will make every effort to make up the canceled class. In the event that the class cannot be made up there will be no refund for the class. Make-ups may be arranged via email for absence due to medical reasons only, not due to personal conflicts. All make-ups must take place before the end of the month following the absence.
Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, facility closings and/or program cancelations will be communicated on ssymca.org, by email from the main branch, or social media.
