This 8-week small-group training program is designed for older adults who want to build strength, improve balance, and stay independent. Each session includes functional strength exercises, coordination drills, mobility work, and fall prevention strategies like how to safely get up from the floor.
Participants should be able to stand and walk on their own (with or without a device), rise from a chair without help, and follow verbal instructions. Led by a certified personal trainer, this supportive class helps you feel more confident in your movement every day.
