This advanced series is designed for students who have completed the Beginning Meditation Series and are ready to deepen their practice. Rooted in heart-centered practices, this course invites participants to explore the more subtle and transformative dimensions of meditation. Building on foundational techniques, this course explores more refined and subtle aspects of meditation, including extended silent practice, deeper states of awareness, and the integration of meditation into daily life. Participants will be guided through longer sessions, advanced breath and concentration techniques, and reflective inquiry to cultivate inner awareness and personal insight. This series supports the evolution of a mature, self-sustaining meditation practice.
