This foundational series is designed for those new to meditation or looking to build a consistent personal practice. Through a progressive curriculum, students will explore a variety of accessible techniques suited to different lifestyles and needs. Each week builds upon the last, offering guidance, support, and experiential learning. Each session will open to reflective inquiry and discussion to cultivate experiential support. By the final session, participants will have the tools and confidence to create a personalized meditation practice. Completion of this series serves as a prerequisite for the Advanced Meditation course.
