We require 30 days written notice for cancellations for any reason other than medical or with Director of Gymnastics approval.
Make up Policy: The YMCA Gymnastics Training Center may cancel a class due to unforeseen events, i.e. safety concern, weather, building closures, etc. The YMCA will make every effort to make up the canceled class. In the event that the class cannot be made up there will be no refund for the class. Make-up classes are not available for classes missed by the participant due to personal conflicts. Make-ups may be arranged via email for absence due to medical reasons only. All make-ups must take place before the end of the month following the absence.
Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, facility closings and/or program cancelations will be communicated on ssymca.org, by email from the main branch, or social media.
Please not there will be No classes the following dates: November 26th - 29th. December 23rd - January 3rd, January 19th, February 16th - 21st, April 20th - 25th, May 25th, and June 19th.
