Description

In this class, swimmers continue to build confidence and develop greater independence in the water. Participants will strengthen foundational skills such as floating, gliding, and basic strokes while practicing self-rescue techniques performed without instructor support. Emphasis is placed on improving body position, coordination, and breath control to help swimmers move confidently and safely through the water.
