The Lifeguarding Review Course re-certifies current Red Cross Lifeguarding/CPR/AED/First Aid certifications for two years. The course combines eLearning with an on-site skills session. Participants must be registered with a personal email and phone number to receive course information and instructions to access the pre-course eLearning program. Participants are required to successfully complete a pre-requisite water skills evaluation (300-yard swim, hands-free treading water and deep-water surface dive to retrieve and swim with a weighted object). Participants are required to present a photo ID and a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification, and bring a pocket mask.
